Crafty little elves!

What an absolutely splendid morning in Y4 where many of our families have come into school in order to support the festooning of our classrooms in Christmas cheer. As you can see, the adults were fully immersed in the activities and as such, achieved a minimum of a 3 in their ‘work hard’ HoWL : )

Year 6 Science Lecture

Last night, the Year 6 pupils presented their final product for our Autumn expedition ‘To Infinity and Beyond’ at Campsmount! The pupils were absolutely amazing and presented their learning beautifully. Thank you to all the parents and carers who attended the event and Campsmount for the use of their hall.

Children In Need

Our ’Flexible Friday’ crew session this week saw us completing a range of Pudsey Bear themed activities to raise awareness for Children In Need. Children were invited to come to school in non-uniform and donations were collected. It was a great effort across school with money raised for a very worthy cause!

Wonderful Lunchtime Staff!

At NJS, we are truly blessed with the most creative, compassionate and amazing staff. Walking through the dinner hall today, I noticed that the servers had full Children In Need dress on; the menu had a Pudsey theme complete with the fantastic biscuits on display in these photos. This culminated in the most wonderful atmosphere in the school hall. Thank you lunchtime staff for, as always, going over and beyond the call of duty. 👏👏👏👏
