Schools will be open as normal on Tuesday 28th November.
Thank you
Last week, Norton Junior School, along with the rest of the country, celebrated Children in Need! In addition to raising some money, the children completed some Children in Need themed maths challenges! Lovely job guys!
Check out these amazing spellers who equaled or improved on their previous weeks score! Clearly a lot of hard work has gone into practicing spellings this week and you should be extremely proud! Keep up the hard work! 😊
Our ’Flexible Friday’ crew session this week saw us completing a range of Pudsey Bear themed activities to raise awareness for Children In Need. Children were invited to come to school in non-uniform and donations were collected. It was a great effort across school with money raised for a very worthy cause!
At NJS, we are truly blessed with the most creative, compassionate and amazing staff. Walking through the dinner hall today, I noticed that the servers had full Children In Need dress on; the menu had a Pudsey theme complete with the fantastic biscuits on display in these photos. This culminated in the most wonderful atmosphere in the school hall. Thank you lunchtime staff for, as always, going over and beyond the call of duty. 👏👏👏👏
On Remembrance Day, LKS2 spent the day making some these beautiful remembrance day cards which included a watercolour poppy and an acrostic poem. These works of art were taken to Campsall Church and given to members of the community who attended the Remembrance service.
Happy Friday! Here’s a selection of beautiful work from across the XP Trust this week!

How could we pass up the opportunity to finish our National Math’s Week at Norton Campus with some Children in Need code breaking activities. It’s been like Bletchley Park in 4GC this morning!!
