Factors of numbers!

Nearing the conclusion of our topic on place value and number in maths, this week we have been using counters to help us find factors and multiples of numbers in maths. When feeling confident enough to move their learning to a pictorial and abstract representation, the class then set about exploring common factors and multiples in separate lessons before identifying highest common factors and the lowest common multiples.
