On the first of April, Year 6 took the annual trip down to Rotherham for Crucial Crew; a day of safety training and life skills practice. The children experienced a range of life scenarios, from a visit to the magistrates court to learning about the serious impact of hate and knife crime. All of the scenario leaders were from backgrounds relevant to the training they delivered who helped to make their training as engaging as possible.
After a busy Spring term which has flown by, the visit to Crucial Crew was a pleasantly different way to mark the end of term. We hope you all enjoy the Easter holidays and look forward to seeing you again in Summer!
