Complications with School Gmail Accounts
Good morning, apologies but getting tech support during lockdown is not easy. We need to make some changes to our domain to enable staff to reply to children’s new email accounts. This is an unexpected complication and I’m working on a solution but its not been straight forward. Until this is rectified, staff are unable to respond to your emails sent from school Gmail accounts. They are however able to read and respond to email sent to the year group addresses eg: [email protected] as long as its from your independent emails accounts not your child’s school Gmail.
Again, sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Please don’t think we are ignoring all your lovely home learning emails, we just can’t access them yet.
