This week, Year 5 Crew has focused on the guiding question: How can our community be strengthened by acts of service? The pupils decided they would like to give back to the community in a variety of ways. They created bookmarks, poetry and cakes which they delivered to the residents at the Laurels carehome, they held a bake sale and toy sale to raise money for the local foodbank and they did a litterpick in the school grounds. Each and every child showed just what the power of Crew can do!
